Viviem Rivero is the Operations Manager at LSN Partners, where she manages procurement opportunities, compliance, client relations, and budgetary operations across all LSN offices. Based in the Miami office, she handles lobbyist registrations throughout Miami-Dade County and local municipalities, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements. Viviem also plays a key role in facilitating engagement between LSN team members, clients, and local government leaders, strengthening relationships with commissioners, officials, and staff. 

Before her current role, Viviem progressed through key positions at LSN, including Office Manager and Senior Administrative Specialist, demonstrating a track record of operational expertise. 

A Miami native, Viviem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in History and a Certificate in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Florida International University. She is trilingual, as she speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Viviem enjoys listening to live music and strength training when she is not working.
