Saira Salyani is a Federal Affairs Specialist with LSN Partners’ federal team in Washington, D.C. In her role, Saira collaborates with clients and conducts in-depth research and analysis on emerging topics and legislation, providing tailored insights. Her work supports a diverse portfolio of clients in the energy, defense, science, and transportation sectors, ensuring they remain informed and well-positioned in the evolving legislative landscape.

Before joining LSN Partners, Saira was a Senior Finance Associate at a prominent Democratic fundraising firm in Washington, D.C. In this role, she provided fundraising and strategic consulting support for Congressman Jim Clyburn’s re-election and leadership PACs, helping raise roughly $3 million during the 2024 cycle. Saira organized various events and conferences, further solidifying her reputation for delivering results.

Saira has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her career. She served as President of the Pennsylvania College Democrats, where she spearheaded initiatives to engage and mobilize young voters across the state during the 2020 election. In this role, Saira organized volunteer events and Q&A sessions with candidates and hosted a statewide summit that connected students with Pennsylvania elected officials. Additionally, as Vice President of New Membership for Phi Alpha Delta, a pre-law society, she played a crucial role in fostering professional development and building a strong sense of community among members.
