She brings extensive experience supporting senior leaders and managing operations across a variety of industries. Prior to joining LSN, Lisa held roles in admissions, events, and marketing, where she led planning efforts, streamlined internal processes, and helped foster a strong team culture.

Originally from Puerto Rico and fluent in both English and Spanish, Lisa holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. She is also a certified Chief Happiness Officer, reflecting her commitment to building positive and engaging workplace environments.
