With a deep understanding of the business landscape and financial management, Karem oversees key functions, including tax and revenue management, corporate planning, and comprehensive analysis, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term sustainability. Her ability to navigate complex tasks with precision and attention to detail allows her to foster strong, reliable relationships and deliver impactful, consistent results for both organizations.

Karem is proficient at creating and maintaining transparent communication channels with staff, partners, vendors, and clients. Her collaborative approach ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and informed, enhancing trust, accountability, and operational efficiency.  Karem also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of LSN Law, PA.

Karem’s extensive experience in business administration is complemented by her proven track record in optimizing financial operations, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth. Before joining LSN Partners, she served as Executive Director for Beth David, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the University of Miami Hillel, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Riesgo Cero Company in Argentina. In each role, she demonstrated exceptional capacity to streamline financial processes and implement effective strategies that align with organizational goals.

During her time at the Hillel movement, Karem became the first non-programmatic staff member to receive Hillel International’s highest professional honor, the Richard M. Joel Exemplars of Excellence Award.

A committed leader in the Jewish community, Karem volunteers her time and expertise with many local and international organizations, supporting initiatives that advance the community’s growth. A native of Argentina, Karem is fluent in English, Spanish, and conversational Hebrew and earned her CPA designation in Argentina. Her international experience enriches her perspective and shapes her approach to financial leadership. When she is not working, Karem enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community.
