Francisco Gonzalez is a Senior Advisor of LSN affiliate LSN Global Projects LLC, a boutique M&A and financial advisory firm focused on infrastructure, real estate, hospitality, transportation, energy and water utilities and public private partnerships (PPP). Prior to joining the LSN family, Francisco worked 26 years on Wall Street with Fortress Investment Group (2017-2018), RBC Capital Markets (2010-2017) and Goldman Sachs (1989-2010). During his career, he has led teams on financings totaling over $20 billion and interest rate swaps of over $5 billion for issuers in the State of New York, State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of Connecticut, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Ohio, State of Florida, Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Maryland, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He has led senior manager bond issues for infrastructure issuers like the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, South Carolina Public Power Authority, Pennsylvania Turnpike Authority, the Connecticut Transportation Fund (STO), the Delaware River Port Authority, the MBTA, the Port Authority of NY&NJ, the Puerto Rico Highways Authority and others. He led the team in the inaugural Puerto Rico Sales Tax Bond Financing (COFINA). Francisco also was a senior team member advising the winning bidders in the PPPs in Puerto Rico of the PR-22 in 2010 and the LMM airport in 2013.
Mr. Gonzalez has a Bachelor of Arts degree Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College and an MBA with high honors from Harvard Business School. He is an advisory board member of the Conservation Trust of Puerto Rico and a Trustee of the Luis A. Ferre Foundation. He also served as past Treasurer of the Museo del Barrio board. Francisco attained 2015 Man of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Connecticut/Westchester.
