Alexia Bean is a Partner at LSN Partners and an active member of the firm’s Republican Governors practice. Alexia plays a key role in the firm’s work across the Southeast United States and Northeast Florida. Alexia specializes in connecting clients with key decision-makers at the local, state, and national levels, helping them navigate government relations and policy strategies.
Before joining LSN, Alexia led Northrop Grumman’s State and Local Government Affairs for the southeastern United States, representing one of the world’s largest aerospace and defense companies. In this role, she was responsible for developing and executing comprehensive government relations strategies to support Northrop Grumman’s position as a premier prime contractor for national security initiatives. Alexia managed company growth strategies, cultivated relationships at all levels of government, and worked to ensure Northrop Grumman remained a trusted partner in cutting-edge defense and aerospace programs. Her efforts directly contributed to the company securing and sustaining major national defense contracts.
Before her time in the private sector, Alexia served as the Legislative Affairs Director at the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS), where she directed the department’s legislative strategy and oversaw the implementation of policies affecting the agency.
Previously, Alexia was the Deputy Legislative Affairs Director at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), where she supported the Executive Director, Cissy Proctor, in shaping legislative initiatives and managing the agency’s external affairs.
A sixth-generation Floridian, Alexia holds a master’s degree in Applied American Politics and Policy and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Applied Economics from Florida State University. She resides with her husband and daughter in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
