Wesley Hevia, Partner of LSN Partners, focuses on complex land use and zoning matters. Wesley regularly assists clients with core land use and zoning-related legal functions underpinning the real estate development process. As part of his practice, Wes routinely appears before municipal zoning and planning boards and other quasi-judicial bodies negotiates agreements, performs due diligence, and helps clients develop effective entitlement strategies. Wesley has also assisted on several local government appellate matters, rural land use matters, and real estate transactions.
Wesley is also a Partner of LSN Law, PA.
Before joining LSN Partners, Wes worked for nearly a decade at one of Florida’s oldest and most prestigious law firms, specializing in land use and zoning matters. In addition to his private practice, Wes serves as pro bono land use counsel for Bakehouse Art Complex in Miami, Florida, a non-profit arts organization. While attending law school, Wesley interned with both federal and state court judges, contributed to the Florida Law Review, and earned a Master of Science degree in real estate and a certificate in environmental and land use law.
Wes Lives in the South Miami area with his fiancé Elizabeth. As a South Florida native, he enjoys spending time on the water and outdoors.
