Adele brings a wealth of knowledge and invaluable advocacy, legislative, and management experience.
Before joining LSN Partners, Adele was the Director of Code Compliance for the City of Miami where she led a department dedicated to promoting the life, health, safety, and general well-being of residents, visitors, and businesses in the city. Under her leadership, the department implemented standard operating procedures to improve efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness.
Adele spent four years serving in the office of Mayor of Miami-Dade County, Daniella Levine Cava when she was a Miami-Dade County Commissioner. While there, she led legislative initiatives focused on equal pay, open data, small business promotion, and naturalization services.
Adele received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from the University of Miami. She is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and the League of Women Voters. Adele serves on the Board of the Women’s Fund of Miami-Dade and the Board of Seraphic Fire. Adele is a Miami Fellow (Class VIII), an avid reader, wife, and mother of two incredible girls.
Adele is an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota.
