Pratima Raju is a Senior Associate at LSN Partners, LLC. She provides project management and government relations advocacy for clients. With over a decade of experience in legislative strategy and policy making, Pratima has worked directly with executives, elected officials, and community leaders to advance significant projects and initiatives at all levels of government.

Before joining LSN, Pratima served as Chief of Staff to Fort Lauderdale City Commissioner Steve Glassman. Pratima was integral in aligning the visions of various stakeholders of the city’s major projects in the last three years, including the expansion of the Las Olas Marina ($70M), the renovation of the Aquatics Center ($27M), the renovation of the War Memorial Auditorium by partnering with the Florida Panthers ($65M), and the construction of Major League Soccer’s InterMiami DRV PNK Stadium ($60M).

Pratima began her career in politics in 2008 working for the Chairman of the Ohio Democratic Party, where she organized Ohio’s DNC Convention delegation to Denver. She then served as Special Assistant to the Governor’s Chief of Staff, vetting and recommending nominees for the Governor’s appointment to State Boards and Committees.

Pratima is experienced in non-profit development and growth strategy, having worked in Miami for one of the world’s preeminent symphonies, the Cleveland Orchestra. She worked with large donors and community philanthropists to execute comprehensive multi-million dollar annual campaigns and grant awards that solidify Miami’s cultural status as a home to classical music.

Born and raised in Ohio, Pratima attended The Ohio State University, where she graduated with a BA in Political Science and Economics. She also holds an MBA from the University of Florida. She lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband Mick and their rescue dog Hova.
