Nicole Gomez is the Director of Client Relations at LSN Partners. This position is unique, as Nicole has compiled many functions and responsibilities into one integral role. She works to establish and sustain client relationships with officials at the local, state, and national levels. Nicole facilitates the development and execution of grasstops advocacy efforts for clients, coordinates client contracts, and assists with developing and executing large in-person and virtual conferences and webinars. With that, Nicole helps to merge the firm’s national network of clients with various organizations and events, including but not limited to the: U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM), National League of Cities (NLC), Democratic Municipal Officials (DMO), Republican Governors Association (RGA), and the Democratic Governors Association (DGA).
Nicole’s strong relationships in city and state government stem from her previous role at the City of North Miami Beach, where she served as Chief of Staff to the Mayor and Commission and led the Division of Public Affairs and Community Engagement. Nicole was responsible for the operations and budget of both divisions, including the coordination of policy and legislation, external affairs, and communications. Nicole enhanced the city’s robust communication strategy by creating a centralized information portal, public relations, marketing, and emergency management platform, significantly impacting the quality of life for the citizens in the city. Additionally, Nicole worked on securing hundreds of thousands of dollars in local sponsorships for citywide events. Under her supervision, she and her team were able to obtain more than $1 million in state appropriations from the Florida Legislature for a variety of local infrastructure projects.
Additionally, Nicole has experience with local and statewide campaigns. In 2014, she worked on Governor Scott’s re-election as Deputy Regional Director for Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties. In 2018, she successfully led the fundraising efforts behind the $400+ Million General Obligation Bond for a local municipality.
Nicole graduated from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. A Miami native with fluency in Spanish, Nicole is an active community leader and volunteer for numerous organizations, including the United Way of Miami-Dade County Mayor’s Ball Committee, the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, and the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF). In 2018, Nicole was appointed by then-Governor Scott to serve on the Governing Board of the Children’s Trust in Miami-Dade County.
