Nicole Gomez is the Chief Operating Officer of LSN Partners. Nicole, who joined the firm in 2018, plays a crucial role in the firm’s local and national practices, often serving as the bridge between LSN’s clients and a vast network of mayors and key municipal decision-makers across the country. Nicole has developed a reputation for delivering bipartisan solutions for various initiatives and creating opportunities for efficiency and innovation. Nicole facilitates the development and execution of grasstops advocacy efforts on behalf of the firm’s clients. Due to her experience in high-level organizational strategy, management, operations, and public affairs, Nicole oversees all large-scale events and the firm’s national network of clients before various organizations and events, including but not limited to the Florida League of Cities (FLC), U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM), National League of Cities (NLC), Democratic Mayors Alliance (DMA), Democratic Municipal Officials (DMO), Republican Governors Association (RGA), and the Democratic Governors Association (DGA).
Nicole brings a respected background in local and state politics. Before joining LSN, she was the chief of staff of a municipality in Miami-Dade County, where she was responsible for the offices of the City Manager, Mayor, and Commission and created and led the Division of Public Affairs and Community Engagement. Nicole oversaw the operations and budget of both divisions, including coordinating policy and legislation, external affairs, and communications. Nicole enhanced the city’s robust communication strategy by creating a centralized information portal, public relations, marketing, and emergency management platform, significantly impacting the quality of life for the citizens in the city.
Additionally, Nicole has experience with local and statewide campaigns. In 2014, she worked on Governor Scott’s re-election campaign as Deputy Regional Director. In 2018, she successfully led the fundraising efforts behind the $400+ Million General Obligation Bond for a local municipality.
Nicole graduated from the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. A Miami native fluent in Spanish, Nicole is an active community leader and volunteer for numerous organizations, including the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF). In 2018, Nicole was appointed by then-Governor Scott to serve on the Governing Board of the Children’s Trust in Miami-Dade County.
