Neil Ohlhausen is a Partner at LSN Partners, where he leads federal affairs strategies and champions client priorities before the federal government. Drawing on extensive experience in advocacy and legislative strategy, he helps clients navigate complex congressional and regulatory processes, designs and executes targeted advocacy campaigns, and builds durable relationships with key decision-makers to ensure their interests are effectively represented in Washington. Neil has helped develop and advance policy solutions across a range of critical sectors, including technology, transportation, defense, energy, and telecommunications.
Before joining LSN Partners, Neil worked at the National Governors Association, where he championed policy priorities on behalf of governors from across the United States. He played a key role in shaping federal discussions on autonomous vehicle legislation, broadband investment, and the administration of COVID-19 state stabilization funds—delivering actionable results for state leaders nationwide.
A native of Fairfax, Virginia, Neil earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in American Politics from the University of Virginia. He currently resides in Falls Church, Virginia, with his wife and two children.
