Lizbeth Bueno, Project Manager at LSN Law specializing in Land Use & Zoning, assists clients with matters relating to land use, including research, due diligence and application oversight. She coordinates with both design teams and government staff.

Before joining LSN, Lizbeth worked as a Land Use Coordinator at the Planning and Zoning Department in the City of Miami Beach where she reviewed, managed, and responded to Land Use Board applications. Lizbeth also developed and published the City of Miami Beach’s land use board agendas and managed a strict public notice schedule.

In addition to Land Use and Zoning, Lizbeth also has experience with the Enforcement Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco in the State of Florida. She reported directly to the District Captain and oversaw all of Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.

Lizbeth is bilingual, a Miami-native, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and an Associate in Arts Social Sciences and Humanities (High Honors) from LaGuardia Community College. Lizbeth also enjoys reading and running.
