Lisa McClaskey, Associate at LSN Partners, provides support and guidance to clients locally in Miami-Dade County and Nationally. With over ten years of experience in developing strategic partnerships, managing event logistics, and enhancing global relations, Lisa works with clients on many matters.

Before joining LSN Partners, Lisa served as the Director of Economic and Political Affairs for the Consulate General of Israel in Miami, Florida. In this position, she coordinated municipal, county, state, and federal leadership opportunities to engage with Israeli companies capable of resolving local concerns. Throughout her tenure at the Consulate, Lisa was instrumental in enhancing economic cooperation between Florida and Israel, resulting in a $1M matching R&D program to develop space exploration solutions with recurring funding every year from both states. Furthermore, she coordinated logistics for high-level elected officials leading influential delegations to Israel while strengthening ties between Israel and the States of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, and Kansas.

Prior, Lisa served in the Advance Department for two Presidential campaigns, interned in the Florida Governor’s Office, and worked in the Development Department for the Miami Art Museum, now known as the Perez Museum of Art.

Lisa has strong philanthropic ties to her community, where she has pursued leadership roles within the Junior League of Miami and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. She chaired both the Casa Valentina Committee that assists young women who recently aged out of foster care, and the Miami Public Affairs Committee that advocates for underserved women and children. In addition, she was a board member of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s Network, serving as the Network’s 365 Campaign Co-Chair.

Lisa graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Master’s in Public Administration from Florida State University. During her studies, she focused on governmental water management strategies with a particular interest in renewable energies emerging out of Israel. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University. Lisa is a Miami native, and in her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her family.
