Lisa CastilloChief of Staff, Broward Office
Lisa Castillo is the Chief of Staff in the Ft. Lauderdale Office of LSN Partners, LLC. Lisa brings a wide range of experience within government affairs, strategic communications, and project management to the company.
Prior to joining LSN Partners, Lisa worked as the Chief of Staff for the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, where she held an executive level management position and reported directly to the Sheriff. Lisa helped with the oversight and general management of the agency and its 5,400 employees. She performed complex and confidential assignments to assist, direct and coordinate the efforts of department heads in the management of detention, community programs, law enforcement, fire rescue, emergency services and administration. One such project included the consolidation of the Broward County E911 system to BSO, implementing specific performance measures which resulted in, improved service and faster emergency response times. Lisa also worked in the areas of government relations, legislative affairs, and community engagement.
The Sheriff’s office was not Lisa’s only position within a government agency. Lisa was the Chief Aide to Broward County Commissioner Jim Scott. In this position, she assisted with the development and implementation of all policy objectives, strategies, and operating plans for the district office. Lisa also managed and oversaw all activities, constituent services and implementation of initiatives with senior government and elected officials.
Before relocating to Florida, Lisa worked for the New York City School Construction Authority.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the State University of New York, FIT in New York City. Lisa currently lives in Pembroke Pines with her husband Angelo. Their two daughters also work and live in Broward County.
