Jon Adrabi brings an abundance of political expertise to his role at LSN Partners, where he co-manages the National Democratic Practice. In this capacity, Jon works closely with clients, governors, mayors, elected officials, and business leaders across the country. He is responsible for crafting and executing national strategic plans, procurement strategies, and regulatory approaches, meticulously tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

In addition to his work at LSN Partners, Jon is deeply involved in Democratic politics. He is a Deputy National Finance Chair for the Harris-Walz 2024 campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and an Advisor for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and the Democratic Governors’ Association (DGA). As of 2024, Jon is also a proud board member of both the Center for Innovative Policy and America Works – 501c4 organizations affiliated with the DGA, whose mission is to research, develop, and disseminate progressive and fiscally responsible state public policy proposals to promote the well-being of all people.

Before joining LSN, Jon held several senior positions within the Democratic Party, including Senior Staff member and Advisor to notable figures such as Hillary Clinton, NASA Administrator and former Senator Bill Nelson, and Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava. He played a pivotal role in numerous statewide campaigns in Florida and held senior leadership positions in most U.S. Senate and Governor races in Florida since 2014.

Jon has repeatedly been recognized as one of “The 100 Most Influential People in Florida Politics” by Influence Magazine.  Jon is a Florida State University graduate and a Miami Shores resident.
