Marsha Fertil is the Office and Government Affairs Coordinator at LSN Partners, based in the firm’s Miami office. She supports the firm’s day-to-day operations and government affairs efforts, including administrative and operational support for the Miami-Dade and Land Use Practice. Marsha also assists with local government matters, scheduling, meetings, and other firmwide needs.
Prior to joining LSN Partners, Marsha spent more than fifteen years working in municipal government, holding several positions within the same South Florida municipality. During her tenure, she gained broad experience overseeing facility operations, coordinating programs and special events, managing administrative processes, and supporting recruitment and procurement efforts. She worked closely with internal teams, community members, and external partners to support municipal programs and services. This diverse experience gave Marsha a well-rounded understanding of local government operations and the importance of effective, responsive service.
Marsha earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts degree from Broward College. A South Florida native, she enjoys cooking, watching football, and reading in her free time.
