Danielle Mejia is a Senior Associate at LSN Partners. Within her role, Danielle utilizes her incredible knowledge of the culture and inner workings of Miami Dade County and local municipalities to assist LSN’s clients. Danielle also plays a vital role in planning the annual Aspen Ideas: Climate Summit in Miami Beach.
Before joining LSN Partners, Danielle was Deputy Chief of Staff for City of Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber. In this role, Danielle assisted in streamlining all services, addressing constituent inquiries and requests, and strengthening partnerships with external organizations and community leaders to promote city initiatives.
Danielle is well known in Miami-Dade County for her work as a Legislative Analyst for Miami-Dade County Commissioner Sally Heyman. Danielle helped plan the Commissioner’s public safety initiatives and oversaw various projects, including the Commissioner’s Health Care and County Operations Committee. Additionally, she managed matters pertaining to the Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP), which establishes guidelines for government-led land use planning, zoning activities, functional planning, infrastructure, services, zoning, and the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization (TPO).
Danielle graduated from Florida State University and Florida International University, where she received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. When she is not traveling, Danielle spends time with her family and fur baby, Rue.
