Link gets OK. The $464 million Link at Douglas Station mixed-use project was approved Tuesday by the Miami-Dade County Commission. Developers 13th Floor Investments and Adler Group nabbed the top bid for the 7-acre site that neighbors the Douglas Station Metrorail stop south of downtown Miami. It will be built in four phases and include a 150-room hotel, 970 residential rental units and 75,994 square feet of retail.
